Medicare allows you to receive up to a three-month supply of testing supplies. We will file your Medicare claims for you, and if you have secondary insurance, we will file your Medicare co-pays and deductible to your secondary insurance before payment (if any) is due. (Co-pays and deductibles may apply.)
- PRIVATE INSURANCE CUSTOMERS
If your diabetes supplies are covered under a major medical benefit, we will file your primary/secondary insurance claims for you before payment (if any) is due. (Co-pays and deductibles may apply.)
- PRESCRIPTION CARD CUSTOMERS
If your diabetes supplies are covered under a prescription benefit, our full-service pharmacy will file your primary/secondary claims for you before payment (if any) is due. (Co-pays and deductibles may apply.)
- SHIPPING/HANDLING
Shipping/handling charges are determined by the weight of your order and type of delivery you prefer. Upon checkout, you will indicate to us how you want your order sent. We will reply to your email with a complete summary of all charges made to your credit card and any special shipping information.
